Once you place your order on my website, I will review it and will typically have a bag made in 3 to 5 days. The total bag making time with shipping should be about 10 business days. Please understand that the number of current orders I have and postal service delays may change your bags expected arrival.

I understand that you may have concerns with your bag. Please reach out to me via email so I can help resolve anything you may be dissatisfied with. As of now, all sales are final and there are no returns.  All bags are handmade and quality of my products is assured and guaranteed.

I am happy to create custom products. If you'd like something different, please reach out. Please note that a custom order will delay shipping due to more time being spent creating your bag.

All items are handmade by me in my home office. My home is smoke-free but dog friendly. My dogs do not come in touch with the items in any way, but there is always a chance of transfer.
